Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all wholesale purchases made through the Bagitali website or directly with Bagitali (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

    Wholesale Orders

    All sales are made on a wholesale, business-to-business (B2B) basis. As such, consumer distance-selling regulations do not apply.

    Please ensure all order details (styles, colours, quantities, delivery address) are correct at the time of purchase, as orders are processed quickly and cannot always be amended once confirmed.

    Returns Eligibility

    We accept returns only in the following circumstances:

    • Items received are faulty or damaged on arrival
    • Items received are incorrect due to our error

    Returns are not accepted for:

    • Change of mind
    • Overstock or unsold stock
    • Colour or style preference
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Damage caused after delivery

    Reporting Issues

    Any issues with your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

    Include:

    • Your order number
    • A clear description of the issue
    • Photographic evidence of the item and packaging

    Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in the return or refund request being declined.

    Damaged or Faulty Items

    If an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

    • A replacement item (subject to availability)
    • A partial or full refund
    • A credit note for future orders

    Items must be unused and returned in their original condition unless otherwise agreed.

    Returns Process

    • Do not return any items without prior authorisation
    • Once approved, we will provide return instructions
    • Items returned without authorisation may not be accepted

    Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    Refunds

    Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection of returned goods.

    Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

    Lost Parcels

    If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit by the courier, we will investigate and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

    Sale Items

    Items purchased on sale or promotion are non-refundable unless faulty.
