The handbags ooze femininity and are statement pieces that every woman cannot afford to miss out on. The collection uses a mixture of vibrant and subtle colours, finishes and textures.
1. Terms and conditions
By placing an order with Bagitali or accepting a quotation you are agreeing to deal with the following terms and conditions unless agreed otherwise. Bagitali LTD will hereafter also be referred to as ‘the seller’ and all parties who are or could be interested in the sellers products as ‘the buyer’.
Bagitali may vary these conditions at any time subject to giving reasonable notice of such amendment to the buyer.
2. Use and distribution of information
Bagitali will provide relevant product information available to their registered buyers on a regular basis via email only. Any files transmitted within these emails are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which it is addressed. Any copying or distribution of any kind is prohibited. The buyer is responsible to provide accurate and up to date contact details at all times. The seller accepts no liability for any offences or losses for sending the contents.
Finally, the recipient should check this email and any attachments for the presence of viruses. The seller accepts no liability for any damage caused by any virus transmitted by these emails.
3. Accuracy of Content
Bagitali Ltd has put effort into providing product information (coding, size, colour, description and imagery) as accurately as possible on the mailings.
Products sizes are approximate measurements for the products. Slight differences in size could occur and could be expected as all the products are individually handcrafted.
Due to fluctuation of material cost prices, the wholesale prices are therefore changeable. Prices are excl. VAT and quotes are valid from the time of publishing till the next update is send to the buyer or announced differently. Buyers will be notified by email or online on price changes or upon order confirmation. It is however the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of the right coding and prices once information is distributed to them by email or published online.
In regards to the Italian leather due to use of natural hides and mostly hand dyed leathers with vegetable tans colour differences are common with different batches of goods, but could also differ per products. Seasonal changes will also affect the colour in leather, colour shades differ in Autumn/Winter than in Spring/Summer.
Limitations of colour representation and the individual colour settings of your monitor may cause a slight variation as well.
Descriptions of exotic animals are referring to the look&feel of the print on the hide. It is not referring to an exotic hide.
4. Order & Sales:
Orders can be placed in four ways: over the phone, by email, at one of the trade shows where Bagitali is exhibiting or in person in the warehouse/showroom.
All orders are delivered from stock and therefore are subject to stock availability. On confirmation of the order at the end of the assembling process a payment is requested. The buyer is only charged of the items they will receive.
All sells by Bagitali are final and are only sold by pro forma.
Goods will be released from our warehouse once payment is cleared into the sellers account. Bagitali does not have the possibilities to offer credits of any kinds.
Bagitali aims to process and dispatch orders placed before 13.00 on the same business day (after completion of payment) subject to stock availability. If an ordered item is not in stock, it will not be charged or shown on your invoice. The seller does not hold records of backorders unless agreed otherwise with the buyer. The buyer could always reorder this item with the next order unless Bagitali decides to discontinue the specific product. The seller is not accountable for any losses direct or indirectly caused by delay or not being able to fulfil the order.
4.1 Securing deposits: In case of specific large quantities a securing deposit of 40% on the total order value will be requested in order to secure the production line. Production will start once the deposit is received by the seller. This deposit will be deducted from its final invoice at completion of the order. The deposit is non-refundable for whatsoever reason the buyer wants to cancel the order. The deposit will however be refunded to the buyer if the seller fails to complete the order.
5. Transport and Handling
Bagitali uses DPD Express Parcel Delivery who offers next business day deliveries in the UK mainland. Transport costs are not included in the price and will be charged when the buyer decide to make use of the seller’s logistic contacts. The seller applies flat rates for boxes going up to max. 80x70x60 cm weighing up to 30kg. Prices vary per country and per service. Please see Transport Cost for more detailed information.
The buyer has the freedom to use their own logistic channels, but the seller is under no circumstances responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages or losses once the goods has left the sellers warehouse.
Goods need to be checked within 48 hours when received. Any inconsistencies of the order, damages or faults should be reported immediately by phone (+44 20 77023230) or email (email@example.com). Images of the faults or damages will be requested for clarification of the fault and as prove to the manufacturer. A suitable solution will be offered to you to solve inconsistencies of the order.

Standard UK Mainland delivery: £8.00 + VAT
We aim for next day delivery for orders received before 13.00 hours Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 13.00 hours Monday to Friday, or any other time (incl. weekends & Bank Holidays) will be delivered within 2 working days after the weekend or Bank Holiday. Please ensure someone will be in the address to sign for the parcel.
Standard Northern Ireland: £13.00 + VAT
Standard Channel Islands and offshore destinations: £17.00

7. Return & Refunds
Goods need to be checked within 48 hours when received. Once Bagitali agrees upon on a return & refund, a credit note will be raised and the refund will be deducted from a future order after the goods have been received and a quality control check has been performed. Or if agreed upon a bank transfer to the company whom the buyer represents will be made.
Change of mind cancellations and returns will only be accepted after the seller has been notified and agreed on to the return. Postage will not be refunded, postage back to us will not be covered. Under no circumstances is the seller responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
All requests will be processed after the goods are inspected and the condition of the item is verified. All goods should be returned in their original packaging and should be packed properly to prevent damages by post. If however the returned item is damaged by improperly packaging the item will not be credited or refunded.
Please allow 7 working days for exchange or refund to be dealt with. Please attach a short note stating the reason for return and your company details.
8. Replacement or missing parts:
In case of missing parts and strap issues the seller will send the buyer a replacement part or strap straight away subject to stock availability. If the relevant strap or part is not in stock, it will be ordered from the factory. This usually will take 3-6 weeks but due to stock availability and transport time this could take longer. The seller holds no responsibility of any kind if it does take longer.
Please be aware that all products are individually handcrafted in accordance with the characteristics of natural leathers. The presence of discreet shade differences, natural markings and minor flaws are common and demonstrates its authentic quality and uniqueness. These are and will not be considered as manufacturing defects.
The leathers are made from natural hides which do not have waterproof coatings, therefore grimes, moisture may cause inerasable deterioration. Leather is a delicate products which may discolour, change in softness or pigment by physical friction, signs of all of this are considered to be part of wear and tear.
Bagitali is not accountable for any flaws or changes in leather described above are and returns or refunds on based on these issues will not be accepted.
Bagitali reserves the right to refuse returned merchandise or may ban any customer from completing future purchases, if it is determined that a customer has a history of abusing the returns policy.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
