| A. ORDER | We offer 3 different ways for you to place an order, which is either by via email, phone or in person by Cash&Carry. You simply need to state the code, colour and quantity of the desired style. Our stock level is continuous, so you can order your bestsellers all year long. |
| B. PAYMENT | We accept most major debit and/or credit cards, BAC transfers, or cash payments. |
| C. DELIVERY | We aim to process and dispatch orders placed before 13:00 on the same business day after completion of payment. (Subject to stock availability)*Your order will be sent out by the award winning DPD Express Parcel Delivery, who offer next business day deliveries in the UK mainland. |

Postage is charged per box, which holds a max. of 30 kg. Depending on the size and weight of the handbags it will fit approx. 20-60 handbags.
